M-1000 water treatment system
The M-1000 water treatment system is designed for deep deionization of a source water according to the sanitary rules/norms 220.127.116.114-01.
The system is mounted on the frame of anodized aluminum machine-tool profile, equipped by the vibration-isolating wheels. The system pipelines are made of polypropylene pipes, the electrical communications are in the polyamide corrugated tube.
Technology of water purification
A main water comes to the system input. A water is purified of mechanical impurities and dissolved organic matters (according to the type of the used cartridges) and dosed with antiscalant. Then it is pumped in the back osmosis membrane unit by the high-pressure pump, where it is divided into the desalted permeate and the concentrate enriched with salts. The concentrate is dumped in drainage. The purified water passes through the water counter and comes to the storage tank.

The system provides a water quality at the output according to the GOST 9.314-90 “Desalted water” for the first category at a source water corresponding to the sanitary rules/norms 18.104.22.1684-01 (Drinking water. The sanitary requirements to water quality of the centralized drinking water supply systems. Quality control.).
When operating, the system uses antiscalant, the filter cartridges and an electrical energy. The system for water treatment consumes an electrical energy up to 3 kW·h per 1 m3 of purified water.
Drainage waters of the system are nontoxic, and their water evacuation on a relief and in the natural reservoirs is admissible without additional treatment.
The system is completely automated and does not demand a control from the user.
